Triumvir Law has recently appointed Paras Joshi as an Associate Partner at its New Delhi office, further strengthening the firm's International Disputes practice.  

Paras holds an advanced LL.M. degree in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University. Prior to joining Triumvir Law, Paras garnered extensive experience in international disputes while working with various law firms and chambers, including Kochhar & Co. and the Chamber of Senior Advocate Dr. Harshvir Pratap Sharma, where he focused and developed cross-border dispute resolution practice and also participated in domestic litigation.

Paras has successfully advised and represented clients in national and international commercial disputes as well as white-collar crime. Moreover, he has extensively advised foreign governments and investors on the enforcement of foreign awards in India. He has also acted for major corporations in commercial disputes against the State.
