Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised PixxelSpace, one of the leading players in the Indian space tech market and a global leader in satellite imaging, in its Series B fund raise of USD 36 million.

The fund raise saw participation from new investors such as Google LLC, along with existing investors Sparta Group, Lightspeed India Partners, Radical Ventures Fund, Blume Ventures India Fund, Athera, and GrowX Ventures Fund. PixxelSpace is involved in building a constellation of hyperspectral earth imaging satellites and analytical tools to mine insights from that data.
