Saraf and Partners, Law Offices, on Sunday celebrated its first anniversary at its Noida office.

Mohit Saraf, Founder and Managing Partner of the firm announced names of associates who were promoted and the newly recruited associates.

Saraf set the tone for the future by underlining the immense amount of opportunities for the legal industry due to the rising economic development in India.

"Some people will be leaders with name and fame. Others will blame the system. We have to succeed inspite of the system," said Saraf.

Highlighting the substantial upward trajectory of arbitration and litigation, Saraf said that he was hopeful for the legal budget of corporate India to be 1,00,000 crore in the next 3-5 years.

Saraf stated that, "Client came first and the firm second. We need to collaborate as we are experts in different areas. With our support and business function we can provide the best client experience."

Saraf noted, "We need to be client centric and relate to their interest."

He constituted a committee of Associates who will work closely with the Managing Committee and Committee of Partners. The associate committee will give client oriented suggestions to the partners for the betterment of business and client interest.

Saraf described hard work, passion and obsession as three pillars of success.

Many judges, eminent jurists, lawyers and intellectuals like former Supreme Court judge Justice Indu Malhotra, former Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Gita Mittal, Lalit Bhasin, Managing Partner of Bhasin & Co., Suhel Seth and Senior Advocates Pinky Anand, Geeta Luthra, Mohit Mathur, Pramod Kumar Dubey, Jayant K. Mehta, Gourab Banerjee and Arvind Nayar graced occasion.
