Former Partner at Node. Law, Sandeep Bhalothia has joined Astra Tech as Group Legal Counsel.

Sandeep has also worked as legal counsel in UAE since 2018, most recently as Head of, Legal Affairs Section with Augmented Era (Group of Companies) Dubai, reporting to the CEO, where he led the legal department.

His areas of expertise include advising on technology contracts, FinTech, data protection, incorporation and restructuring, compliance and emerging technologies.
