Rohit Sharma joins Becton Dickinson, a medical device manufacturing giant at the company's Gurgaon office.
Mr Sharma was a Director, Legal & Compliance at Zimmer Biomet and was responsible for company's legal and compliance service primarily to India and other South Asian countries in its business of manufacturing orthopaedic products and providing robotic solutions.
In a short span of time, Mr Sharma has achieved a significant feat within the healthcare industry. Before transitioning to In-house, Mr Sharma was an Associate Partner at Economic Laws Practice and has also worked with Karanjawala & Co. and Ms. Geeta Luthra, Senior Advocate.
Mr Sharma brings with him a diverse experience of around 14 years in advising on Legal, Compliance and Regulatory disputes in pharmaceutical, mining, telecom and other healthcare industries.
