Madras High Court Requests Advocates To Wear Masks When Not Arguing

He expressed his concern about his brother judges being affected by COVID and requested to avail the hybrid system of appearing when it is at their disposal through the decision on the 10 April

The Acting Chief Justice T Raja of the Madras High Court has asked all the advocates appearing before the Court to wear masks in the face of the rise of active Covid Cases when they are not arguing

He expressed his concern about his brother judges being affected by COVID  and requested to avail the hybrid system of appearing when it is at their disposal through the decision on the 10 April. The Court has asked all advocates, litigants and court officials to maintain COVID protocols and ordered for the sanitization of the entire court premises.
