The Firm advised Mr. Bhawnish Suri and Ms. Divya Suri (Promoters) on the acquisition by PDS Limited (PDS) of 51% shareholding of the Promoters in Pangram Brands Private Limited (Pangram) and consolidation of the business of DBS Lifestyle LLP (DBS) and other DBS group entities led by the Promoters, under Pangram.
