Did Ayesha Mukherjee Threaten Shikhar Dhawan Of Ruining His Career?

Delhi's Patiala House Court has restrained Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan's wife from making defamatory allegations against him on social media.

Delhi's Patiala House Court has restrained Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan's wife from making defamatory allegations against him. The family court directed Dhawan's estranged wife, an Australian citizen, Ayesha Mukherjee, not to post anything derogatory against Dhawan on social media or say anything that tarnishes his image.

Dhawan had approached the court after her ex-wife allegedly threatened him with ruining his career.

The court does not want the dissemination of defamatory content on social media in the case. Pronouncing the verdict in the case, Justice Harish Kumar said that if Ayesha indeed has complaints against Dhawan, she can take legal recourse instead of taking the matter to social media.
