Donovan Nazareth
Donovan began his professional career after graduating from St. Xavier’s College and thereafter pursued Law from K.C. Law College, Mumbai. His interests lie in research at the intersection of law and society, big data, media and defence. In his present role he is responsible for working with a company to get their IT/ITES Unit registered. He also assists clients in their legal due diligence of properties and assists in vetting of documents. He has worked on drafting and vetting of NDA agreements wherein a startup wished to draft NDA agreements with its vendors. He has also done research on Edtech companies and assists in the drafting of contracts and agreements. Due to his creative bent of mind and prior experience he is in a unique position to deliver out of the box solutions to clients. He also contributes to the efforts towards building long and mutually beneficial business relationships at the firm.
