Trilegal Invites Rudresh Singh to Join the Partnership in the Competition Practice

Rudresh has over 12 years of experience in competition law and antitrust matters, including significant experience in both merger control and behavioural matters before Competition Law Authorities.

Trilegal, one of India's leading law firms, today announced that the Partnership had voted to invite Rudresh Singh to join its competition practice. He is expected to join Trilegal in the next few months. This is expected to take the partnership strength of Trilegal to eighty (80). Most recently, the firm had invited Pranav Atit to join the corporate practice, and in the last quarter promoted six counsels across various practices, besides inviting Partners Anuj Berry and Vishrov Mukerjee to join the disputes practice.

Rudresh Singh has over 12 years of experience in competition law and antitrust matters, including significant experience in both merger control and behavioural matters before Competition Law Authorities. He has successfully represented companies in merger control matters operating in different sectors, including private equity and other institutional investors. He has very recently successfully defended two companies in the food delivery and the infrastructure spaces, respectively, in Section 43A proceedings. Rudresh advises clients in relation to ongoing cartel investigations across sectors. He also continues to represent clients in ongoing investigations and potential filings before the CCI.


Rudresh has been a Partner with L&L Partners Law Offices since 2020 and has worked with them since 2013. Prior to that, he has worked at a law firm in New York, US. He has been nominated by peers and clients as a 'Rising Star' by Expert Guides 2021 as well as by Chambers and Partners.
