S&R Associates represented Light Microfinance, an RBI-registered NBFC providing microfinance, and its promoter in an investment round of approximately INR 750 million involving European impact investors agRIF (Netherlands), Nordic Microfinance Initiative (Norway) and Triple Jump (Netherlands).
