Pranav Atit Joins Trilegal's Corporate Practice As Partner

Pranav Atit joins Trilegal's corporate practice as a partner. He is expected to join Trilegal in the next few months. This is expected to take the partnership strength of Trilegal to seventy-nine (79). In April this month, the firm had also promoted three counsels in the corporate practice.

Pranav Atit has over 10 years of experience working on cross-border M&A and PE transactions. 

He routinely advises private equity sponsors and strategic investors on their public and private M&A deals. Notably, over the years, Reliance Industries Limited and Apax have been some of the key clients that he has had the opportunity to represent on several deals. While Pranav's M&A work has been largely sector agnostic, he has also worked on deals in the information technology and infrastructure sectors, including deals involving listed infrastructure investment trusts (InvIT), having advised on the setting up of India Infrastructure Trust to acquire a third party asset, preferential allotment of India Grid Trust and the first sponsor induction process for India Grid Trust. Besides his deal experience, Pranav has also advised clients on securities laws, offshore flip structures, and dealing with SEBI on settlement and adjudication hearings.
