I G and Deccan Exotics India Producer Company Limited collaborated and formed a joint venture to operate the business of plantation and growing specific proprietary avocados, dragon fruits etc., varieties in India. 

Mansukhlal and Hiralal & Co. advised the Company on the joint venture agreement with Deccan Exotics. The team comprised Bhushan Shah (Partner) Shreya Dalal (Senior Associate), and  Keerthi Kamath (Associate).
