JSA Advises On Acquisition of Attivo by Sentinel One

JSA advised Sentinel One, Inc., ("S1") a cybersecurity platform company delivering autonomous security for endpoints, containers, cloud workloads, and IoT devices on its acquisition of Attivo Networks, Inc., and its Indian subsidiary Attivo Network Security India Private Limited (collectively, "Attivo") in a cash and stock transaction. Attivo is a leading identity security and lateral movement protection company. JSA’s role in the transaction involved spearheading the due diligence at the India level and transaction structuring and documentation in relation to the India leg of the transaction.
