Argus Partners advises TheDataTeam and its promoters on the acquisition of TheDataTeam by Lentra AI Private Limited 

Argus Partners acted as the legal advisor to TheDataTeam and its promoters, in connection with its acquisition by Lentra AI Private Limited (“Lentra”). 

TheDataTeam is engaged in the business of providing AI-based platform solutions which are used for monetizing customer data under the brand name Cadenz.ai. Lentra provides AI based technology platforms to banks to help create tailored lending products.
